in the top right corner. Use your institutional email and the password provided during your
initial registration. If you have forgotten your password, use the
Change Password option after logging in.
Yes, once you have completed a module, a Download Certificate button will
appear in your course summary. Certificates are generated in high-resolution PDF format,
suitable for printing and professional portfolios.
Standard institutional accounts allow up to 50 concurrent enrollments. For larger departments
or enterprise-level needs, please contact our support team through the

portal to discuss higher-tier access levels.
e-Saksham is optimised for all modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and
Edge. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps for smooth video playback. Mobile
users can access the platform via any standard mobile browser.
Login with your existing credentials and use the Change Password option

Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the course content unless the course is
retired or replaced by an updated version. You will be notified in advance before any
content is removed or archived.
Yes. Several courses on the platform are available in Hindi and other regional languages.
Look for the language indicator on the course card. More regional language versions are
being added continuously based on demand and institutional feedback.
